Sessions

Sessions are paid the same day, after we've met — an e‑Transfer to josh@canitdo.com is perfect. Your receipt lands in your inbox that evening.

Your first session includes getting your computer set up properly. If the setup needs more time, we finish it next session — no extra charge.

Life happens. If you need to move a booking, 24 hours' notice is all we ask.

Your level

Sessions come in levels: the hour on its own, the hour with follow‑through — the notes and links worth keeping, emailed after — or the full session, which adds an open line for questions between sessions. You pick your level when we start, and you can change it anytime.

What you do with your level is up to you. Bought the open line and never needed it? That's your call — it was there.

And if you reach for something outside your level, we'll say so before anything changes. An upgrade is one yes away, and nothing is ever added to your bill without it.

Builds

Every build starts with the free 30 minutes, where we scope the job, the price, and the plan. Half opens the build; the other half is due when it's completed — and completed means exactly what your Build Contract says it means.

Everything we build is yours, outright. No rent, ever.

Monthly care

Monthly care is month‑to‑month, billed on the 1st. Cancel anytime — everything we've built stays yours. That's the point.

Receipts

Every payment gets a receipt, from josh@canitdo.com, the same day.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. No GST is charged — Canitdo is a small supplier.
